How these numbers are made. Counts are read from the ADHA membership and certificate register and refresh about once an hour. A certificate is counted only when ADHA's platform issued it after a recorded pass and it is still valid; revoked, draft, deleted and hand-issued certificates are left out. Country and gender are what members tell us. These count what ADHA has delivered: exam passes, certificates and approved memberships. They do not measure what changes in practice afterwards.

Each certificate has its own public page, at /en/credential/ followed by its ID, that shows whether it is valid or revoked. The totals above are counts of those records, not an audited figure. A number that cannot be read at that moment shows as unavailable, never as zero.

Certificates are issued by the Africa Digital Health Academy.
