The Africa Digital Health Academy (ADHA) is a digital-health training academy based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This policy explains what personal data we collect on adha.edu.et (including lms.adha.edu.et) and how we use it. Questions: info@adha.edu.et.
Account data: your name, email address, profession and country, provided when you register or sign in with LinkedIn (with your consent).
Learning records: course progress, assessment results and certificates earned, stored in our learning platform (Moodle).
AI tutor conversations: questions you ask the ADHA tutor are processed to generate answers. They are sent to our language-model provider without your account identity attached.
Technical data: IP addresses and security logs, kept briefly to protect the platform.
We use essential session cookies only (sign-in, language preference). No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.
The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure (South Africa North region, Johannesburg). Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Backups are retained for 14 days. Administrative access is strictly limited.
If you choose “Sign in with LinkedIn”, we receive your name, email and profile photo from LinkedIn, with your consent. We never post to LinkedIn on your behalf.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@adha.edu.et. We handle personal data in line with Ethiopia's Personal Data Protection Proclamation No. 1321/2024.
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
