Country directors are selected on merit, not appointed.
Local chapters are led by directors chosen through an open, competitive process: a qualification gate, a scored application and development plan, a panel interview, and member ratification. Two-year terms, renewable once on a published KPI scorecard.
Eligibility
Active member in good standing, an ADHA credential, documented experience, and a leadership record.
Application
CV, a one-year Chapter Development Plan, two references, and a short video pitch.
Scoring & interview
An independent panel scores applications against a published rubric, then interviews finalists.
Member ratification
Chapter members ratify the panel's top candidate, merit and legitimacy together.
